DIMTAS has been involved in real estate development since 2004 by financing, designing and building projects on its own, as well as with local/international partners. The firm is focused on redevelopment of sites located in Istanbul city center by demolishing the existing structure and constructing environmentally conscious residential/commercial buildings with high architectural and technical quality.
ALI and AYTAÇ MANÇO ARCHITECTS Ltd. is the other company being run by the partners of DIMTAS Co. that is solely focused on architectural and interior design.
